Located in Ramatuelle, in the south of France, the Fondugues-Pradugues estate practices a holistic approach to agriculture, from harvesting to winemaking.
This 100% Grenache rosé goes against the grain of everything currently being done in the region, with its deep color and aromatic intensity.
The grapes, grown using organic and biodynamic methods, undergo no additives throughout their growth and are harvested at full maturity during the night to preserve their freshness. In the winery, no chemical products are used and natural yeasts are employed. After fermentation, the fine lees are left in contact with the wine for a 4-month aging period with stirring.
It boasts a beautiful intense apricot robe with coral reflections. On the nose, a fresh floral bouquet, with elegant notes of white peaches and candied apricots. On the palate, a substantial and textured rosé with delicate flavors of vineyard peach, good tension, and salinity on the finish.
